(Editor's Note: For today's world premiere of Gigi: Almost American, I asked the series creators, The Lost Nomads (Josh Gad, Tyler Moore, Ty Clancey, Kevin Larsen and Ida Darvish) if they would guest-blog for us and they graced us with just about one of the nicest notes anyone has ever written about us. So you'd better watch their show. Not just because it's really, really good-- but because I want them to keep liking us. Welcome to the Damn Fam, guys! -- Maria)
The Lost Nomads have had a number of partners through the years, but none has come close to being the kind of brilliant, forward thinking collaborator that My Damn Channel has. As we prepare to launch
Gigi in the coming days, we can safely say that there is no better home for this series and for our brand of comedy. We are ecstatic that Rob Barnett and his team of resident geniuses saw the same promise in our concept that we did and allowed us to go crazy with it. And now, in conjunction with the BBC and My Damn Channel, we are ready to share our baby with the world, or at least a few hundred thousand people in the world.
Sincerely,
The Lost Nomads

The Winners of the My Damn Channel Third Birthday 3Some Video Challenge!
Grace has done a special Winners Vlog, but for those of you who hate watching online video, here's a list:
3rd Place: Three's A Crowd submitted by Ray Holleb
2nd Place: Who My Daddy is? submitted by Mr. Jotz aka Joshua Nicholson
1st Place: The Piña Colada Song submitted by Frank Bullington, Chance McClain and Kevin Ryan
Congratulations to all of our winners, and huge thanks to everyone who submitted a video! You're all winners in our book. It's just that some of you will receive actual prizes as proof that you're winners and some of you will not.
*Wil Wheaton does not endorse this contest as he probably had no idea it was going on. Original image badly photoshopped by me via w00tstock.

It's Mother's Day on Sunday. We're taking our mother to see that Babies movie. We don't really want to see it ourselves, you know, because it's about babies, and babies are, like, not really our thing, but, well, that trailer is kind of cute and our mom totally wants to see it and everyone keeps talking about it and how the babies are so adorable, like no one has ever seen a baby before and everything that babies do isn't adorable anyway, and ... FINE. I WANT TO SEE CUTE BABIES WITH MY MOM.
Also, if you're in Los Angeles tonight, you should head on down to the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood to watch EASY TO ASSEMBLE on the big screen. Illeana Douglas, Kevin Pollack and producer Dominik Rausch will be there. Tell them we said "hi," and ask Illeana what she has against Justin and Alden's bromance.

On Valentine's Day, a bunch of folks from the My Damn Channel family went on a special date with our favorite gal pals, GraceNMichelle.
Pictured above left: (L-R) Kevin Flynn ("Puca"), Joshua Nicholson ("MRJOTZ"), Anthony Willingham ("Calvin Bentington"), KT Pierce ("Harvey Potato"/"ktgilead"), and James Dunne ("smokybanjo").
All other pictures: Grace Helbig (from My Damn Channel's Daily Grace) and Michelle Vargas nerding it up at The People's Imrpov Theater during their Valentine's Day comedy sketch show: 2 Girls 1 CUPid.
Not pictured, our twitter/facebook lady, Armeni Kamciyan, also came down to watch the girls shake their booties and put on a performance to steal (and eventually melt) all of our evil/cold hearts.
Just in case you missed the news, Puca and Smokybanjo flew all the way from Ireland to meet everyone and they had no idea what they were in for at Sunday night's show.
They sat in their seats, innocently watching while the girls paraded
around on stage drooling over their fictitious love interests, "Ross
and Ryan" - who, consequently, ended up being the lucky Puca &
Smokybanjo. They didn't even have to worry about memorizing any lines
to play the part - they were handed tiny pieces of paper (shaped like
little red hearts). It went something like this:
Grace: Do you love us?
Ross & Ryan: No.
Michelle: Why don't you love us?
Ross & Ryan: Because we love each other!
(The crowd roars with laughter)
That was a tough one to make the boys say out loud...
Keep up with GraceNMichelle, and maybe you'll bump into one of us at their next show...

RAMP (Radio and Music Pros) LAUNCHES NOW
I had two tours of duty in radio and one tour of duty in the record business in the daze before working at MTV/VH1 and launching My Damn Channel.
There's never a doubt that the music you first heard through the radio played as much a part of creating who you are as the food you ate. In some fashion, you are what you hear.
But radio and the music business has been taking it on the chin for years. Layoffs have been brutal. When the legendary industry trade Radio & Records was shut down after 36 years, more of our friends hit the beach. It was time to put some of the bitching and moaning aside (not all of it) and launch RAMP.
Kevin Carter, Keith Berman & Steve Resnik are the artists formerly known as Street Talk Daily. Their unique brand of accurate reporting - laced with snark and laffs - covers every hot story inside radio and music.
Weekday mornings - before the crack of dawn - RAMP delivers an e-mail blast with news breaking now. If you're a Radio and Music Pro, sign up for a free subscription now at RAMP@MyDamnChannel.com.
RAMP is ad supported by our friends in the music business dedicating to getting new sounds into the ears of radioheads who bring new music to humankind.
The RAMP website is an extra shot in the arm to give My Damn Channel fans access to music videos and to videos made by the best air talent in radio. Videos will promote and link back to bands and radio stations. Find the kitty now at www.MyDamnChannel.com/RAMP
Senior Editor Kevin Carter, his "Evil Minion" Keith Berman, Sales Pro Steve Resnik, and scantilly-clad operators are standing by to take your submissions: RAMP@MyDamnChannel.com.

Those 3 tired words are decades old but Hollywood hopes they help you fall in love
with new shows.
We put quotes around our "new fall season" - knowing we can't fool you into love - but hoping it feels just a little funnier that way.
In two years, we’ve birthed 25 channels of music and comedy…working with
artists we love. We think you’ve taught us how to get talent and new
series worthy of your evil eye.
Help us buy another bag of chips for lunch!

Most people know us for bringing the laffs. Don Was is the man that brings the music to My Damn Channel.
We've been in awe of the way his latest inspired idea has taken off in the past 48 hours.
"Stand by Me" is spreading like wild. THANK YOU ALL for turning this idea into action. And thank you for getting this inside Iran.
Media coverage is insane. There are soulful responses pouring in from emails, tweets, calls, facebook, video comments, the YouTube community, and every site taking this free video and mp3 and making the music move.
We just watched & stopped the video at 1:12 & found the MYSTERY & well...the funny.
Look who's in the middle! Look how many people are in the photo. Let 'the Kevin Bacon game' begin.
