Question Mark is one of rock n roll's most dynamic and enigmatic performers. It is said that he invented punk rock, was born on Mars, and was alive when dinosaurs walked the Earth....and much of that may be true! At the 2009 Concert of Colors, he performed his classic hit, "96 Tears".
