by bloodybob on December 24, 2008, at 4:11PM PST ps.... I had not checked the comments in a while finally some one is pointing out what a horrible product your feeding us. Do you have to make the show suck now that your sucking from adobes tit?
by wesw818 on December 23, 2008, at 8:43AM PST I love this show. This is type of job i want so its probly why ><
by efallah on December 22, 2008, at 9:10AM PST WT-fuck, seriously... You have so much potential, yet the viewers are dropping like flies. It's ironic that the theme of the show is to inspire creativity, yet it’s so in the box. I’m sure you have tons of stuff already in the can but how about turning one show over to the viewers? Not just inserting a few stills into the timeline before you render it out, but actually allow the viewers (fans) the ability to create the concept for the entire show. You’ve introduced us to the cast, you’ve set the scene, now hand over the reins. I’m sure you can come up with a clever way to present this, so make it happen. Yes it will be more work, but it will also breathe some life into this bloated corpse. What do you have to lose, how long will the checks keep coming with the current stats you are pulling? I’m not saying it’s all bad, because it’s not, I’d just like to see this project succeed.
by TextualPredator on December 24, 2008, at 7:00AM PST You're a riot EA. Yes, it's all about you. No doubt. You must be one the alphabetically titled class at the agency to be so centered.Yeah, been "researching" you by reading the grey type at the head of your post. Yep, it's all about you, babe.Love you; love your show. Smooch, smooch.
by efallah on December 23, 2008, at 2:57PM PST You sir have just made my day! Do you know how many tissues I went through while reading your reply, well done! You've just cranked my reverb mix from dry to sopping wet! (Me likey) True, I may not match your vitrolicosity, but I sure can appreciate it. Although the rather pedestrian guitar cliches did disappoint me a bit, but hey, you can't please all the people all of the time. I haven’t made things better you say? I've singlehandedly doubled the number of posts in the comments section for today, how about that. You seem to care an awful lot about what I post and when, you've been doing a bit of research, I guess you do that when you're checking out vids 'n stuff, bro. Sorry to burst your bubble but I am a fan, that’s why I’m here. Thanks for letting me know my comments haven’t fallen on deaf ears, the fact that you care enough to take time out of your busy day makes me feel special. I can totally tell we are gonna be BFF in no time.
by TextualPredator on December 23, 2008, at 12:52PM PST You've come here to cut a fart and then bask in the smelling of it. There's no wishing anyone well or desire to make things better. You like what the reverb does for your voice --and crafted that reply in less than 50 minutes after my posting. Check your posts much? --or just no copy to write today for some panicked retailer? You talk like you know some shit and deserve some inside cred. If your concern was real and your professionalism on your sleeve, you'd take a different route. Your condescending pablum aspires to neither the vitriolic nor the pontifical possibilities of the web's collective circle jerkdom. Your flaccid critique echoes the post in which you admit that you're a dick. Either strap it on, step up on the stage, crank it to eleven and shred or go pester some junior designer about their font choice. Don't bullshit us with the "kindness" your constructive criticism.BTW, It sure as hell ain't MY Damn Channel. I've just been hangin' here for a while checking out vids. I wouldn't want an online media property hanging around my neck. That's the next bubble to pop, bro.
by tonyromo on December 23, 2008, at 10:17AM PST Views? Look at the views on YouTube for Agency of Record. One of the episodes crossed the 1M last week. Go Cowboys and bold f'ing FONTS!
by efallah on December 23, 2008, at 8:14AM PST Wow finally some signs of life here! TP, there really is no act, but thanks for the trade pub reference. This is simply how I feel, there are many good elements here, I just don’t see this thing succeeding in its current state. That’s all I genuinely meant by my previous statements. This is your Damn Channel, not mine, not the forum to point to my "material". I have had projects succeed and fail, all very much in the public eye. I have had to deal with my share of criticism. Sometimes grownups have to deal with things like this. If it makes you feel better I have put your post up on the refrigerator (I used a smiley face magnet), I give it an A for effort. Shabbat Shalom
by TextualPredator on December 23, 2008, at 7:24AM PST Yeah, WTF efallah. Skip the cheap Bob Garfield act and point us to some of your material. Calling it a "bloated corpse" in one sentence and then playing kissy face with the "I'd just like to see this project succeed" crap is pretty transparent. Show us some of your shit so we can all pick at it to see if its full of gold nuggets or last night's creamed corn.shalom alechim
